Which package should I choose?

Our packages adapt to your needs: an accessible gift to thank many customers, or a more exclusive gift box for your valued relationships.

What is the minimum quantity?

We work in small and medium-sized batches. Tell us what you need, even for a small order: we will quickly let you know what is possible.

How does a first retail order work?

We begin with a modest first batch so you can test your customers' response without tying up too much stock. The labels are designed to reflect your venue.

Made in our workshop in Wallonia, the candles can be replenished quickly as your sales grow.

What lead time should I allow?

The lead time depends on the quantity and level of customisation. It is confirmed in writing in the quote. For end-of-year gifts, please contact us as early as possible.

Which file format should we use for our logo?

Ideally a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF). Otherwise, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. We send you a preview before printing.

Can you deliver to several addresses?

We deliver to your chosen address in Belgium, or you can collect your order in Charleroi. For deliveries to several recipients, let's discuss this when preparing your quote.

Will we receive an invoice?

Yes, every order comes with an invoice in your company's name.

How does the refill work?

Once the candle is finished, your customer orders a wax refill that fits into the original jar. A lasting gesture and an opportunity to get back in touch.
