Candle care

A beautiful candle requires a little care—and these few steps make all the difference.

First Lighting

Allow the wax to melt to the edges before extinguishing, about one to two hours. This prevents the candle from tunneling and ensures an even burn until the last hour.

The Wick

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each lighting: a cleaner flame, less smoke, purer scent.

Daily Use

Avoid drafts, never let it burn for more than four hours at a time, and keep it out of direct sunlight to preserve its color and fragrance.
